SPANISH EXPLORERS IN THE NEW WORLD

In the Cultural Week pupils of 5th level are investigating in Internet about the Spanish explorers in the Renaissance  and the Elizabethan Age.

 

The motives of the Spanish Explorers to conquer the new world were:

-In seach of Wealth, gold, silver and spices in the New World.

-Increasing opportunities for Spanish trade.

-Spreading the Catholic Religion

- Building a Spanish Empire
